- 300 g broccoli (Small chopped)
- 1 liter of meat or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tea cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 coffee cup boiled corn
- 2 leaves of spinach
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Heat the oil in the saucepan and roast the flour. Add the milk and bring to the consistency of bechamel sauce. Add chicken or broth and allow to boil.
- When the water boils, add finely chopped spinach, boiled corn and broccoli. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables soften and take from the stove and serve.
